outlet in Karachi
opened in April 2009 in the upscale shopping area of
Zamzama, while the second recently opened at The Forum.

Café Fresh
is an innovative concept, combining the best offers of a
smoothie bar and a coffee house.
The menu features a
wide variety of fresh and healthy foods, including wraps,
grilled paninis, omelets, salads, soups, specialty coffees
and even some sweet treats like the super-moist chocolate
cake. The natural smoothies and freshly
squeezed juices are perfect for a nutritious and energy
packed meal for the health-conscious diner.

CHOICES
The food and beverages are made fresh to order, using only natural ingredients
of the highest quality. The food
specialists at Café Fresh blend smoothies to perfection and
prepare fresh sandwiches which are unique to Café Fresh. The
menu includes a variety of wholesome choices such as the
freshly made wraps, paninis and sandwiches which are served
with home-made nachos topped with potato salad and salsa.
The paninis are offered in five different varieties with
an option of bran cibatta bread, a healthy favorite. A few
popular choices on the menu include the Mediterranean Panini,
Chicken Tikka Panini, Asian Chicken Salad, Turkey Club Wrap,
Chicken Mushroom Sandwich & the Pesto Chicken Wrap.
Café
Fresh also has a superb selection of freshly squeezed juices
mixed
in a variety of tasty and refreshing combinations such as the
Orange-Mango or Pineapple-Strawberry. The Nutritional Super
Punches are intense detox concoctions of known powerful
anti-oxidants which include the "Body Cleanser" and the
"Cold Fighter". The "Super Chargers" feature exotic
ingredients such as ACAI and Goji Berry juice, known "superfruits"
which contain exceptional nutrient richness and antioxidant
qualities. For the traditional palette, Café Fresh is proud
to offer fresh, hygienically produced sugar cane juice,
served in an over-sized glass with ice, ginger & lemon. The
perfect find during the hot summer months in Karachi.
All food items are prepared in a strict quality controlled
environment which guarantees high quality food being served to
our customers. The
vegetables and fruits are sanitized with an imported food
grade preparation before use and all food items are stored
in air-tight containers. In addition, hygiene is of the
utmost importance. Special training sessions have been given to staff
members to ensure proper awareness and that food handling
practices are strictly maintained.
THE
SMOOTHIES
The
highlights on the menu are the smoothies, which are
made-to-order using fresh, natural imported and local
fruits. The smoothies are then blended with various fruits,
fresh juices, freshly made yogurt, fruit sorbet and
everything you need to support an active healthy lifestyle.
These filling drinks serve as a meal, healthy snack or dessert. The
smoothies not only taste great but also have a quarter
pound of fruit and provide all five recommended daily
servings of fruits and vegetables in a single Café Fresh
serving. We pride ourselves on serving the best tasting and
nutritious smoothies. Try the Tropical Colada, a luscious
mix of pineapple juice, mango sorbet, vanilla non-fat frozen
yogurt, coconut & bananas, or the Peach Party, a blended
bliss of peaches, juice, vanilla non-fat frozen yogurt and
bananas.
HISTORY
In 2000,
Juice Zone began operating several popular juice bars in
Canada. In foreseeing the growing demand for fresh food alternatives
to unhealthy fast food, we recruited a team of food and
franchise experts to generate a winning concept for the
booming juice and smoothie industry. Extensive research and
development resulted in a refreshing concept of quick and
healthy foods, served in a lively atmosphere.
Our food
specialists blended smoothies to perfection and expanded our
menu to include a variety of healthy foods, while our
operational experts streamlined our systems into a working
brand — Café Fresh. The timing was perfect; the new stores
clicked with an increasingly health conscious public, and
Café Fresh was successfully franchised. By 2002, Café Fresh
was established with outlets across the United States.
Commitments made in agreements with our partners project
Café Fresh will double in size each year for the foreseeable
future.
