The 5th LADIESFUND® Woman's Awards for Pakistan 2013 Nomination Form

All nominations and applications must be received by February 15, 2013.
Winners will be announced live on Saturday,  March 2nd, 2013 4pm-6pm at Mohatta Palace Museum. (Submission form below)

LADIESFUND® Women's Awards for Pakistan are a recognition award, the first of its kind in Pakistani history for women, and is designed to acknowledge and celebrate the top female role models and achievers particularly entrepreneurs in Pakistan. The ceremony will be held at the beautiful Mohatta Palace Museum, which was once the home of Mohatarma Fatima Jinnah, who was known as the Khatoon-e-Pakistan (Lady of Pakistan) and was the sister of the founder of Pakistan Quaid-i-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah. 

The 2012 Award categories are Lifetime Achievement, Woman of the Year, Momentum, Trailblazer and Khushhalibank Idol. All winners will receive a plaque, a 2012 KarachiSnob.com membership card, as well as a LADIESFUND® investment certificate. 

LADIESFUND® Scholarships to merit-based star female students from a grassroots background to attend Iqra University will also be presented live.

LADIESFUND® Lifetime Achievement Award
The LADIESFUND® Lifetime Achievement Award celebrates a woman from any field or walk of life who has made an inspiring and impressive contribution to Pakistan and the image of Pakistan and Pakistani woman both locally and internationally. She is an extraordinary woman who has worked for at least 30 years and who has consistently and continually paved the way for other women to do new and exciting things. This Award is generally not judged by the judge's panel but nominations are always appreciated.

LADIESFUND® Woman of the Year (People’s Choice Award)
The LADIESFUND® Woman of the Year Award celebrates a woman from any field or walk of life who has made an inspiring and impressive contribution to Pakistan and the image of Pakistan and Pakistani woman both locally and internationally. She is an extraordinary woman who is paving the way for other women to do new and exciting things. This is a People’s Choice Award. Please vote during the polling February 15 – February 28, 2013. 

LADIESFUND® Momentum Award (People’s ChoiceAward)
The LADIESFUND® Momentum Award acknowledges a woman who is mid-career. She has made a significant impact to the nation with her entrepreneurship skills and over time her business has grown and expanded and continues to go from strength to strength.  This is a People’s Choice Award. Please vote during the polling February 15 – February 28, 2013. 

LADIESFUND® Trailblazer Award (People’s ChoiceAward)
The LADIESFUND® Trailblazer Award recognizes a fresh entrepreneur who is making immediate impact with her innovative ideas and pioneering ways. This rising star is not afraid to take the path less traveled and in doing so successfully is a great inspiration to others. She is also someone who is likely to be a powerhouse in future years. Although any trailblazer can apply or be nominated, this Award is usually given to someone relatively young in her career and in life.  This is a People’s Choice Award. Please vote during the polling February 15 – February 28, 2013. 

LADIESFUND®  Khushhalibank Idol Award
The LADIESFUND®  Khushhalibank Idol Award recognizes a hidden gem, someone with a great idea or potential to positively impact Pakistan but does not quite know how to go about making it into reality. This Award not only acknowledges the potential of this idea but the Award recipient will be given guidance on preparing her business plan and obtaining angel funding and will be paired with a Sister-Mentor CEO from abroad who will share her experiences in founding a company.

Winners will be announced live on March 2, 2013 at Mohatta Palace Museum.
