Founded in 1959 by one of the pioneers of the Pakistan imaging industry, Hakimsons is a multi-dimensional company that has mastered the complex art of capturing and immortalizing moments that encapsulate history.

The success story of Hakimsons can be traced back to 1959, when its founder, Hakim Ally Manji, began his multi-faceted career as a photographer. The sheer hard work, commitment and dedication he put into each and every work assignment paid dividends, and in 1961, he set up a professional photographic studio under the name of Femi Studio. Soon thereafter, he expanded the scope of his business to encompass the challenging new field of TV Commercial Production under a new company known as Color Film Services.

Hakim Ali Manji’s untimely demise caused a long hiatus until, in the mid-1980s, his sons re-established the business with a studio designed to deliver similar services in the field of Production, Post-Production and Commercial Photography under its present-day name.
