The after-care service provides special attention and care to the customer post-purchase experience that customers are not only valued at the point of sale, but also valued after sales. It also helps establishing long term relationship with our customers. We provide after sales service to value our clients at our showrooms.

Our service centre is at 1350 square ft and its located on the 2nd floor at Collectibles with experienced technicians, of 25 years of experience in after sales, trained from Swiss experts. The after sales service department is responsible for the entire operations of the after sales from the repairing and maintenance of the watch to the handing over of the repaired watches to the clients.

The philosophy behind Movements revolves around the step towards changing the complete retail concept and environment for watches in Pakistan.
